At Tour Down Under, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and reliably.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During major event periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details where applicable.

Shipping Within New Zealand

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on location.
  • Rural addresses may require additional delivery time.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted carriers, delivery timelines are estimates only. Tour Down Under is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact the courier directly and provide your tracking number for assistance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • It is in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Limited-edition or event-worn merchandise (unless faulty)
